The Key West Chamber of Commerce Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves the City of Key West and the surrounding areas.
Purpose. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The purpose of the corporation is to advance the vitality of the Key West community by educating the public on the conditions necessary for businesses and communities to thrive, demonstrating how commerce positively impacts our community, encouraging creative solutions that will make our community stronger, inspiring small businesses and leadership in the Key West area and providing scholarships for Key West students.
