Truman Waterfront Community Garage Sale Saturday

Key West, FL — The Truman Waterfront Community Garage Sale: Junk in the Trunk returns this Saturday, May 16 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Truman Waterfront Park.

What started as a simple idea — clean out the house, pull up, and sell — has quickly grown into a lively waterfront morning filled with treasure hunting, bargain browsing, and neighbor-to-neighbor fun.

Expect an ever-changing mix of household goods, vintage finds, collectibles, quirky treasures, and the kind of random items that make garage sales so much fun. It’s part community gathering, part flea market, and part “what’s hiding in that trunk?”

Sellers can show up the morning of and be placed as they arrive, or pre-register in advance to save a few dollars. Bring your unwanted items, pop the trunk, and turn clutter into cash without the hassle of hosting a sale at home.

Shoppers can browse for deals while enjoying coffee, beverages and pastries from our food vendors.

Keep Key West Beautiful returns as the featured nonprofit partner, offering free reusable shopping bags while helping promote reuse, repurposing, and waste reduction throughout the community.

The event takes place along the Quay at Truman Waterfront Park and offers free parking with a residential sticker.

The Truman Waterfront Community Garage Sale is planned to continue on the first and third Saturdays of each month, pending continued participation and community support. There will not be a sale on July 4.
