MONROE COUNTY ONLINE PERMITTING AND CODE COMPLIANCE PORTAL GETTING UPDATED LOOK AND NEW SEARCH FEATURES

MONROE COUNTY, FL – Monroe County’s online Permitting and Code Compliance case portal will have a new look beginning Saturday, Aug. 22, with an updated home page designed to make frequently used information and services easier to find.

The upgrade includes visual and functionality improvements for both members of the public and registered users. While the services available through the portal remain familiar, users will notice a cleaner layout, improved navigation, and faster access to commonly used tools.

Updates include:

• Quick Search tools that provide easier access to permit, property, contractor, and code compliance information.
• Account Summary information for registered users, providing an at-a-glance view of items associated with their account.
• A cleaner registration and sign-in experience for new and existing users.
• Updated navigation that makes frequently used permitting and code compliance functions easier to locate.

The updated home page will look different depending on whether a visitor is browsing the site as a member of the public or is signed in as a registered user. Users do not need to take any action before the update. Existing registered users may continue using their current account information after the new home page goes live. The webpage address will also stay the same.
