Keys Medical Group Welcomes Orthopedic Physician Assistant

KEY WEST, FL - JULY 31, 2026 - Keys Medical Group Orthopedics welcomes Joshua Fiore, DScPAS, MS, PA-C, orthopedic physician assistant, effective August 3, 2026.  A graduate of Northeastern University Physician Assistant Program, Fiore also earned a Doctor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, in Boston, MA.
 
Fiore provides diagnosis and management of orthopedic conditions, fracture and acute injury care, casting, splinting, joint injections, aspirations, sports medicine and treatment of degenerative joint disease and arthritis. His approach to patient care is shaped by a passion for movement and physical endurance. Outside of medicine, Fiore is an accomplished professional ultramarathon and obstacle course racer who made history as the inaugural Spartan Race Ultra World Champion in 2017 and has earned multiple podium finishes in eminent endurance events.
